Live Q&A Session

We regularly offer an open online Q&A session to answer all your questions – from general information about our programs and country choices to individual topics such as preparation, host families, or the application process.

During the Q&A session, simply click the button at any time to join our Microsoft Teams meeting and ask your questions directly.

Our online Q&A sessions take place every two weeks from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The preparation was really informative...I really liked that you had the opportunity to talk to a former exchange student and ask questions. Thanks to a small virus, providing support in 2020 was certainly the biggest challenge the organizers and supervisors have ever faced. It was made even more difficult by an injury to our son shortly after arriving in New Zealand. But the on-site supervisors, and Christine Lehr again and again, were always available to help.
